Becker
Becker L.E. 25 YEARS MADE IN 1986 08 . 30 This is an Unsmoked Becker Limited Edition pipe #8 0f 30, in the Bulldog Shape. I really did not know much about this edition so I emailed Paolo Becker for the information.
He advised that in 1986 he had started making some rusticated pipes and found a box in the shop which had about 60 rusticated pipes to finish. 30 of the pipes became the Limited Edition 25 year pipes. He advised the Becker brand was born in 1979 and these pipes were made in 1986 and finished for sale in 2004. The price new in 2004 was $440.00.
This is a classic bulldog shape with outstanding rustication. Being only 30 made…well this is a chance to own a very nice Becker Limited Edition at a great price. Plus you have the history of the pipe straight from the maker. Does not get much better than that.
